Clearance / Sale Items are non-refundable / returnable. This includes any product that is purchased during a sale event.

Shipping and Deliveries


AUS Shipping

Retail orders are shipped by Australia Post within 1-2 business days of purchase. All retail orders include free shipping for orders over $55 with 5–7-day Standard Post with tracking. If you require Express Post, you can select that at the checkout for an additional cost.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Occasionally we may send large retail orders (such as yoga mats) by courier. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.

MoveActive is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third parties, however, please get in contact if you don't receive your order in a timely fashion.

NZ Shipping

NZ orders are shipped from our Melbourne dispatch centre.

Retail orders are shipped by Australia Post within 1-2 business days of purchase. Retail shipping is a flat rate of $12.90.

Occasionally we may send large retail orders (such as yoga mats) by courier. You will be notified if this is the case with your order.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped from our Melbourne dispatch centre.

My parcel hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

Once the order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number through Australia Post. You can use this link to track your order with your tracking number provided. If you are an international customer, once the package has arrived in your country the tracking number provided to you by us will work with your country's postage provider.

If your purchase has not arrived within the target delivery period, please send us an email to hello@moveactive.co for all orders.

What shipping service do you use?

We send all of our parcels via Australia Post within Australia and internationally. If you are an international customer, your parcel will be directed to a local postage company once it arrives in your country. You will still be able to track it using the Australia Post tracking number we provide.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return sale items?

Items purchased from a sale/clearance will not be accepted for return.

What is your returns process?

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, please get in touch for an exchange, store credit or refund.

We cherish our brand and implement quality checks into every stage of the design and creation process. We replace any defective products. Please note that this does not include general wear and tear.

Do I have to pay for shipping on my returns?

For returns, the cost of shipping the product back to us will not be reimbursed. Shipping of the exchanged/refunded items is at the customer's expense.

Payments

Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes, you will be able to select Afterpay as a payment option at checkout.

Do you offer Zip Pay?

Yes, you will be able to select Zip Pay as a payment option at checkout.

How does Afterpay work?

Afterpay allows you to shop now and pay later. With Afterpay, your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.

Simply shop with us and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create an Afterpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. You’ll pay 25% at the time of purchase and be able to process your order that day.

At any time, you can log in to your Afterpay account to see your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically take the money from your debit or credit card on your payment due dates.

How does Zip Pay work?

Zip Pay is an interest-free buy-now-pay-later service with a credit limit. Repayments are based on a minimum monthly payment. Please visit their website to find out more.

Do you have any tights suggestions for shorter women?

Our 7/8 leggings are a great length for shorter women. Please keep in mind that the length will shorten as you go down a size. 

I have a larger bust, will KNEO crops fit me? 

KNEO crops are supportive, and specifically designed to support women with larger busts. For women with larger busts, we recommend sizing up 1-2 sizes. Please refer to our size guide for bra cup sizes.

How do I care for my MoveActive grip socks? 

Please ensure you wash your grip socks on a warm machine wash and dry naturally. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean. Do not iron. 

How do I care for my MoveActive Microfibre yoga mat? 

For all yoga mats except the cork, wipe the mat with a mild detergent after use, once dry. The mats are also machine washable in cold water with a mild detergent. Do NOT tumble dry and Do NOT soak in oxygen-based bleaches. Hang outside in the shade to dry. Store away from sunlight. 

Cork mat - Wipe with water or a mild detergent after use. Once dry, roll it up with the cork side facing outward. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to the sun. 

How do I care for my Vegan Leather Pilates or Yoga mat? 

Wipe with mild detergent after use. Once dry, roll it up with the top side facing outward. Do not fold.

How do I care for my MoveActive Microfibre pilates mat? 

Wipe with a mild detergent after use, once dry, fold it up with the top side facing outwards. Machine wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not tumble dry and do not soak in oxygen-based bleaches. Does not contain PVC or Latex. Store away from sunlight. 

How do I care for my KNEO? 

Cold Machine Wash with a mild detergent. Do Not Tumble Dry. Do Not Bleach. Do Not Iron.

Can I try on KNEO in person? Do you have a retail store? 

We don’t currently have a retail store, however we welcome customers to visit us at MoveActive HQ at 26 Albert Street, Brunswick East in Melbourne by appointment, where you can try on the KNEO range. 

Are your leggings suitable for all body types? 

We want every woman to feel empowered and confident in KNEO leggings. Our focus has always been to create products we are proud of and that are size inclusive. We encourage you to try our leggings and if they don’t fit the way you hoped, exchange or refund them, we always want to put our customers first. 

Are the leggings sweat proof? 

All of the leggings in our range are moisture wicking – meaning you’ll feel dry and confident throughout your workout. 

Are the leggings squat proof? 

Our leggings have been squat tested to ensure you feel your best, no matter what the workout! 

Are the leggings full length? 

Our In Flight Leggings are full length, however we also offer 7/8 leggings in the range. 

Where are KNEO products made? 

Our KNEO range is designed by our in-house design team at MoveActive HQ in Melbourne and manufactured in Thailand. 

Do you have maternity leggings? 

We don’t currently have maternity leggings and wouldn’t recommend KNEO leggings for maternity wear. 

Do the crops come with removable padding? 

Yes, all of our crops come with removable padding, so you can work out and feel your best always.

Does MoveActive support charities? 

Yes, MoveActive supports charities with every purchase through i=Change. 

How does MoveActive give back to less fortunate communities? 

We donate $1 from every online sale to i=Change to support life changing projects and charities around the globe. So far we have raised more than $47,354 through partnering with i=Change. You can track our impact here.

Sustainability 

Are KNEO products sustainable? 

KNEO is built on sustainable choices. All of our activewear pieces are made from rPET – recycled regenerated yarn from recycled plastic bottles. 

KNEO products are packaged in sustainable packaging. We use biodegradable courier bags and environmentally friendly packing accessories to deliver products to our customers. We have a no plastic policy and believe all packaging should exist for a cause or purpose.   


Are MoveActive products sustainable?

The journey to creating a sustainable and ethical product is one that requires constant development, learning and refinement and as a company, we are committed to constantly evolving our business practices to ensure we’re working towards contributing to a sustainable industry. 

Our products are packaged in sustainable packaging. We use biodegradable courier bags and environmentally friendly packing accessories to deliver products to our customers. We have a no plastic policy (where necessary) and believe all packaging should exist for a cause or purpose. Most of our accessory products are packaged in mesh bags which are designed to reuse or to carry the product in. 

We constantly invest in the research and development to source fabrics and packaging that are not only high-quality and durable, but also have sustainable qualities.
