Account Manager
Location: Brunswick, Melbourne VIC

Reports to: CEO and Manager, MoveActive
Purpose of this role:
To nurture and grow our relationships with High Value customers across Australia and New Zealand, and manage strategic partnerships to ensure our customers’ needs are at the forefront of our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and manage relationships with High Value customers in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Strategic Partnership Management: Manage and grow key partner relationships, provide regular reports, and identify new opportunities to expand our business.
- Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from customer service, converting inquiries into long-term customers.
- Market Analysis: Understand and monitor the competitor landscape to keep MoveActive ahead of the curve.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective account management and strategic planning.
- Opportunity Identification: Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base and strengthening our market position.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure the needs of High Value customers are considered in all planning.

Event Representation: Identify and represent MoveActive at industry events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Passionate, even obsessed with pilates.
- Minimum 3 years experience in account management or sales role.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively to identify and build opportunities

What would a typical day in this role look like?
Imagine starting your day with a fresh cup of coffee as you dive into your weekly call list, chatting with pilates studios and high-value customers who know you by name. Next, you’re brainstorming and planning for an exciting upcoming networking event where you’ll be representing MoveActive and researching the industry leaders and potential clients attending. After that, it’s onto reviewing the details of a new strategic partnership agreement, ensuring everything aligns with our growth goals. Midday, you head out for a coffee with the marketing manager, to hear their ideas for their next big campaign. The day wraps up with a meeting alongside the CEO, strategising on how to turn around a customer at risk. Every day is different, but always filled with impactful work that drives our mission forward.
